Kesri Steels Limited is equipped with modern facilities for the followings
Moulding
- Green sand,
- CO2 Silicate sand,
- No bake sand.
Fettling/Finishing
- Double Door type Shot Blasting machine,
- All facilities for gas cutting, grinding, fettling/finishing, gauging of castings.
Machining
- Well equipped and developed local ancillaries with modernised equipments for turning, boring, shaping, planing and milling operations to Finish Machine the Castings as per customer's requirement within micron tolerance.
Pattern Engineering
- We manufacture wooden patterns in our pattern shop and for castings in larger quantities, we prefer to use metallic patterns, which are outsourced to professional pattern makers.
